AP Exams on tap for May 11–22

Advanced Placement (AP) exams will be administered between May 11 and May 22. Students will be testing online from their homes and should be set up in the online testing system and prepared to test 30 minutes prior to the start of the exam. Students should complete the 2020 AP Exam Checklist before the day of the AP Exam. Students in courses requiring portfolios or digital submissions should visit here for more information.

Off-campus PE applications due by May 29

Off-campus PE is an optional program utilized by students grades 6–12 who wish to apply to receive their PE credit through an outside, privately funded, pre-approved organization. 

All off-campus PE student applications for the 2020–21 school year are due to the campus guidance counselor no later than 4 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2020. The updated policies, procedures, and forms can be reviewed in detail on the Leander ISD OCPE website.

Tennis courts, middle school tracks open 

In accordance with Gov. Abbott’s recent guidelines in response to the coronavirus pandemic, high school tennis courts and middle school track facilities are open for public use. All LISD playgrounds, baseball, softball and artificial fields remain closed.

Please continue to be mindful of using social distancing and a face covering to help contain community spread of the coronavirus. It’s up to all of us to protect our families, friends and neighbors.
