No matter what sport, Leander ISD Student-Athlete of the Week Brayden Maracchini serves with leadership and courage!
The Running Brushy Middle School eighth-grader participates in Cougar football, basketball, track and field, and soccer. Leading as an athletic captain, Brayden also takes the reigns in the classroom, making straight-A’s. He takes a leadership role in any activity he is a part of.
“Brayden is a leader on and off the field,” Running Brushy MS Boys Athletic Coordinator Ryan West said. “Not only does he maintain a 4.0 grade-point average in the classroom, but he also takes a leadership role on the field. He inspires his teammates with his hard work and dedication.”
