A trio of Leander ISD marching bands were among the top five teams at the UIL State Marching Band Finals at the Alamodome on Nov. 6, with Vista Ridge High School claiming the state championship.
The Rangers’ program, “Lost and Found,” earned Vista Ridge top honors, though Vandegrift High School was close behind with “Rise” in third place. Leander High School’s production, “Polarity,” earned the Lions a fifth-place finish.
Once again, Leander ISD’s tradition of fine arts excellence was on full display. Congratulations to these incredibly talented performers!
