A brush with greatness, Catherine Kingsada lights up the scene as this week’s Leander ISD Fine Arts Student of the Week!
The Vista Ridge High School senior shows exceptional talent as an artist. She’s taking AP Design where she’s developing skills to create a portfolio as an artist and designer. Similarly, in SkillsUSA, Catherine is creating challenging projects that will prepare her when she enters the workforce. An integral part of the art department for four consecutive years, Catherine has represented the program in countless competitions and shows.
“Catherine is a distinguished artist who has challenged herself with three different AP portfolios in three years!” Vista Ridge HS art teacher Mandy Gregory said. “Her work shows outstanding artistic skill, conceptual depth and exquisite beauty.”
