Westside Elementary Assistant Principal Allison Bailey is the Leander ISD Staff Spotlight of the Week!
Westside parent Christy Shindell said that last year was her daughter’s first year back in person since the start of Covid, and returning to school was a challenge. Shindell asked for a meeting with Bailey and was blown away by her compassion. She said that Bailey goes above and beyond to take care of students’ needs.
“Mrs. Bailey spent over an hour with us learning about the many challenges our daughter was experiencing,” Shindell said. “Her solution was focused on what would create a safe, happy environment for our daughter to thrive in, and it meant the world to us!”
