SELF 18+ Transition Services graduates were celebrated for their amazing achievements during a graduation ceremony Wednesday. These students have showcased incredible levels of independence and vocational proficiency.
Assisting their efforts was an incredible group of teachers, job coaches and administrators, along with a support community partners who provided students with the opportunity for paid employment.
