LISD families can now secure their students’ district-provided laptops for the 2025-2026 school year. While participation in this program is optional, this allows students to have the device over the summer and ensures a smooth transition into the new school year.
Important: Devices not reserved for next year will be picked up before the end of the school year. Any unreserved devices not turned in will be disabled over the summer.
Our new payment platform, MySchoolBucks, is now open for students to pay the non-refundable security deposit:
- $60.00 for high school students
- $40.00 for middle school students
- $0 for all students who qualify for free and reduced meals
Paying the deposit allows your child to keep their laptop/Chromebook over the summer, ensuring it is ready to use on the first day of school.
Please note that we recommend using a web browser on a mobile phone or computer to pay for mLISD. There is a known bug in the MySchoolBucks Parent app that prevents some parents from paying.
If you already have a MySchoolBucks (MSB) account:
Select one of the options below pertaining to your student’s upcoming grade and complete the payment process.
Click Buy Now, then select your student’s name from the dropdown menu. Complete the required information and click Add to Cart. Once the item is in your cart, you will be able to enter payment information and proceed to checkout. Please keep the receipt for your records.
