Leander ISD is proud to recognize Rouse High School’s Will Ingram as the LISD Fine Arts Student of the Week.

Will is a junior at Rouse and a member of the Rouse Varsity Theatre Company. He has been a part of the Rouse Theatre department for three years and currently serves as Clerk on the officer board of Rouse Theatre Thespian Troupe #7679. Will is a true advocate for the performing arts,  and is also involved in Rouse Choir and serves as a Guard for the Rouse Royals Dance Company.

Along with three other Rouse Theatre students (Sydney Carreon, Andrew DeLaGarza and Kaitlyn Tatum), Will was recently selected to represent Rouse Theatre’s Thespian Troupe in the All Star Cast of the Texas State Thespian Festival, where he will perform for over 8,000 Texas thespians and theatre directors in the closing ceremonies alongside Tony Award-winning Broadway actress, Annaleigh Ashford.

“Will plays an integral role in our department, both on and off the stage,” Rouse Theatre Director Stephanie P. Smith said. “His passion and genuine personality make him an inspiration and collaborative leader among his peers. He is quickly developing into a true artist of his craft and it is an absolute pleasure to work with him. Will embodies a rare combination of talent, heart and humility.”
