We’re pulling back the curtains on Leander ISD Fine Arts Student of the Week Bren Raulie for pulling off Dance and Theatre in double time!

The Cedar Park Middle School 8th-grader gravitates to the stage as a member of the Crimson Cadets Dance Team and Advanced Theatre. Recently, Bren participated in competition season with her dance team, while also being a part of the CPMS production of “Little Shop of Horrors”.  In addition to staying late at school to rehearse for the musical and showing up early for dance team practices, Bren also fearlessly worked on a solo hip-hop routine that she performed at every competition with confidence and energy.

“Bren is a person that approaches every performance with her whole heart and enthusiasm,” Cedar Park Middle School dance instructor Kayln Vaughn said. “She inspires others to approach life with the same tenacity and excitement. We are so proud of her and love having her as a part of the CPMS Dance and Theatre programs.”

Vaughn recognizes Bren for  someone her peers and directors can always count on to get the job done.

A standing ovation for Leander ISD Fine Arts Student of the Week Bren Raulie for her authentic role as a hard worker and team player on and off the stage!
