The Cedar Park Timberwolves are back-to-back UIL 5A State Champions.
After posting a top 30 finish in the preliminary round of the UIL State Spirit finals, the Timberwolves were dominant in their last performance, winning top honors by a wide margin over second place North Richland Hills Birdville and Colleyville Heritage.
The triumph marks Cedar Park’s second consecutive state title, as the green and black were also 2018 5A state champs. In addition, Cheer Coach Nadira King was named the 2017–18 Texas Coach of the Year for Girls Spirit by the National Federation of High School Coaches.
