He’s what it means to excel in all of life; Will Albrecht is standing out as Leander ISD Student-Athlete of the Week!
A Raider varsity football and track team member, Will works hard athletically and academically. As a straight-A student, the Rouse High School senior serves on various clubs and organizations. Among them: National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Amazing Raider Club. Beyond Raider Nation, Will volunteers throughout the Leander and Cedar Park communities. Notably, Will achieved Eagle Scout status and volunteers for the Special Olympics.
“Will is an unselfish young man who wants to see his team and his school succeed,” RHS Head Football Coach Josh Mann said, “Furthermore, he is an academic standout who has worked very hard to become so! Will is the true definition of what ‘teammate’ means.”
