Risk leads to greatness! That’s why we’re celebrating Leander ISD Student-Athlete of the Week Jude Brown!

Jude attends eighth grade at Four Points Middle School. He plays Falcon football and basketball and also plans on participating in track and field in the spring. Jude had never played football or basketball until this year. However, he took a risk and tried out. Not only did he excel in both sports, but he has developed into quite the leader along the way! His talents don’t stop there though. Jude made the all-district band and is the first chair tuba player for the FPMS wind ensemble.

“Jude is one of the guys who has bought into what it truly means to be a student-athlete and leader,” Four Points Middle School Boys Athletic Coordinator, Glen Bridgewaters said. “He is always there to motivate his teammates, cheer them on, or pick them up when they make a mistake. No matter the situation, Jude comes in with a positive attitude and willingness to meet any challenge head-on.”

We applaud your courage, Jude Brown–#1LISD Student-Athlete of the Week!
