Wendy Ruen, Senior Specialist for Benefits and Leander ISD Staff Spotlight of the week, works diligently to enable all LISD employees to have a positive experience with the sometimes-complicated benefits process.
Year-round, Ruen arrives at work early and is usually the last one to leave. She is always available to answer questions that employees have concerning their benefits. She understands that everyone has a different story and sees each employee as a unique individual.
Ruen’s job is not easy, but she does it with compassion and understanding for each and every employee.
