Induction and Mentoring Specialist Jan Masterson is the Leander ISD Staff Spotlight of the Week.
Masterson supports the district’s new-to-profession teachers and mentor teachers. According to her supervisor, Lacey Delgado, she is always stepping in to help teachers wherever they are in their journey.
“Jan works tirelessly to help others. She is truly exceptional!” Delgado said. “She is dedicated to helping others and will always go the extra mile to lend a hand whenever it is needed. She has a positive attitude and is inspiring to those around her!”
