Westside Scavenger Hunt (tour) Begins at 5:30 pm: We encourage our families to come early and engage in exploring our campus before the Parent/Guardian presentation begins.
Kinder Specific: Kinder Teachers will be in the Kindergarten Neighborhood as welcoming faces to our kinder kids and families so that they can become familiar with the adults they will see each day and begin to take a sneak peek at their learning environment.
Trying A New Format: We know Parent Nights can be hard on kids, so we hope this tweak to our format will allow for some family choices. If you have two adults attending New Family Night, we recommend one adult stay for the presentation beginning at 6:15 in the cafeteria and the other adult consider taking their child to the playground to play. (Recommended: Kinder kids can play on the Kinder playground and get familiar).
Again this is an option we believe will be more family friendly. If it doesn’t work for your family, your child is always welcome to stay with you during the presentation.
