Leander ISD’s School & Community Relations department brought back some hardware from the 2023 Texas School Public Relations Association (TSPRA) state conference.
Recognizing work completed during the 2021–22 school year, the SCR team tallied two crystal commendation certifications of merit, 8 gold stars, 10 silver stars and two bronze stars. LISD competed in the division with school districts serving more than 40,000 students.
“What a tremendous achievement for this team,” Chief Communication Officer Crestina Hardie said. “I am so proud of all of the excellent work they do to tell our district’s story.”
