This week, Leander ISD recognizes Ethne Barnes, Paisley Schalles and Claire Poulter from Cedar Park High School as the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Students of the Week.

This team has competed at Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA) Internationals the past two years in the Integrated Marketing Campaign category.

CTE Marketing and Business Education teacher Kimberly Stapleton said that these students exemplify DECA and everything it represents.

“The collaborative and creative efforts of these students in creating stellar marketing campaigns has earned them the right to compete at Internationals the past two years,” Stapleton said. “I can’t wait for competition season with this amazing CPHS DECA competitive team!”
