Leander ISD is excited to announce that the inaugural principalship at Elementary School 30 will be filled by an established district leader, Niki Prindle.
“I am thrilled to welcome veteran elementary principal, Niki Prindle, as the leader of Elementary 30. She is an experienced, strong instructional leader with a passion for nurturing positive learning environments that support and enhance all learners,” Superintendent Bruce Gearing, Ed.D., said. “We are grateful for Niki’s outstanding leadership as we begin to envision and create community for Elementary 30!”
Prindle has nearly two decades of leadership experience in LISD, most recently serving as Whitestone Elementary principal since 2017, and before that, as principal of River Place Elementary from 2010 until 2017. She served as assistant principal at both Westside and Naumann Elementary between 2005 and 2010. Prior to moving into administrative campus roles, Prindle taught for seven years in Fort Worth ISD and Round Rock ISD classrooms.
“I’m thrilled to serve as the principal of Elementary School 30,” Prindle said. “I look forward to connecting with each child, family member, staff and the community to create a campus designed for learning, collaboration and academic success.”
Prindle received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on psychology from Austin College in Sherman. She completed her Masters of Education in Educational Administration and Early Childhood Education at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. Additionally, she has acquired PK-8, ESOL PK-8 and Principal EC-12 certifications.
