Leander ISD celebrates the achievements of two administrators at Whitestone Elementary!
Congratulations to Amber Steffen! Texas Elementary Principals & Supervisors Association (TEPSA) has named Steffen Region 13 Assistant Principal of the Year! Her peers had the opportunity to recognize an assistant principal for their outstanding leadership.
“I am honored to represent Leander ISD as 2021 TEPSA Region 13 Assistant Principal of the Year,” Steffen said. “I wouldn’t be receiving this award if it wasn’t for the hardworking and amazing Whitestone staff, students, and families that I have the pleasure of serving every day. #1LISD.”
As a regional winner, Steffen could become 2021 National Assistant Principal of the Year for Texas.
We are also honored to recognize Whitestone ES principal Niki Prindle as Region 13 TEPSAN of the Year! Fellow TEPSA members commended Prindle for her determination and servant leadership. Most importantly, the award goes to someone who’s a voice for Texas students.
“Outstanding leadership is really a team effort. It’s knowing each other’s strengths and empowering them to be their best self!” Prindle said.
We are so proud to showcase the significant achievements of #1LISD’s remarkable leaders!
