Spend the day with K–12 colleagues being literacy game changers as the Lit Love Symposium returns for its second year from 8–4:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, at Glenn HS.
This symposium will focus on best practices that promote the LOVE of all things literacy and how teachers are empowered to engage students in ways that create a literacy environment that builds literacy attitudes and aptitudes for life.

Cornelius Minor and Donalyn Miller will bookend the day as keynotes and choice sessions will be available during designated times. - Book Exchange
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a Book Exchange – Give One, Get One! Enjoy getting new book ideas from your peers as you share a book talk and give a book while gaining a book from a colleague. - #SR4A Book Donation Station
Participants are encouraged to bring new or gently used books to donate to the Leander ISD Summer Reading for All program – #SR4A in partnership with LEEF. Donation stations will be set up in the Union.
