Students from all six LISD high schools recently performed at the Region 32 UIL Concert and Sightreading Evaluations. LISD sent 21 bands, 20 of which received First Division Ratings in Concert. Nineteen bands also received First Division Ratings in Sightreading to earn a Sweepstakes Award.
Students in 15 LISD middle school bands representing all eight middle schools also performed at the Region 32 UIL Concert and Sightreading Evaluations, and all 15 received First Division Ratings in both Concert and Sightreading!
