AP U.S. History and Government Teacher and Social Studies Department Chair Max Lee at Rouse High School is the Leander ISD Staff Spotlight of the Week.
A Rouse parent shared that her son texted her out of the blue one day about how much he loves his class with Mr. Lee. Based on what he’s learned in class so far, he is considering a career in law.
“Mr. Lee’s instructional delivery has captivated my son. He is always talking about how engaging and interesting Mr. Lee makes the content – he includes frequent opportunities for students to discuss and debate current topics,” the Rouse parent shared. “When talking to me about Mr. Lee and what makes his class special, he says that Mr. Lee’s sense of humor and how he plans lessons make it his favorite place to be in school.”
