Two Leander ISD staff members will be part of Concordia University’s very first awarding of doctoral degrees.

Running Brushy Middle School Principal Jim Rose and LISD Director for Research and Program Evaluation Sarah Martinez will accept the Doctor of Education degree with an emphasis in either Educational Administration or Curriculum and Instruction.

Leander ISD staff members will celebrate their graduations at Concordia’s commencement on December 7.

In addition, Chief of Staff Matt Smith received his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago.
