Leander ISD Student-Athlete of the Week Daeshon Morgan protects his H.O.U.S.E!

Daeshon goes to Four Points Middle School. The eighth-grader plays on the Falcon football team with plans on trying out for the basketball team and to run track this spring. Daeshon not only leads on the football field, but also in the classroom. As a member of AVID, Daeshon has devoted time and energy to the career and college readiness program. He has also joined Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).

When asked where Daeshon wanted to take his picture, he said, “in front of our FPMS hallmarks because that’s who we are!” There he proudly stood with a beaming smile, next to the words: Honesty, Obedience, Unity, Service, Excellence.

“It doesn’t matter if he is on the field or on the sideline, Daeshon is there to support the team,” Four Point MS boys athletic coordinator Glen Bridgewaters said. “He is a great role model for all of the current and future Falcons in our athletic program. He is not only interested in making himself better, but he also wants to make his teammates better. Daeshon is the true definition of a student-athlete.”

Pump it up for LISD Student-Athlete of the Week Daeshon Morgan for being a voice of motivation for himself and his teammates!
